Client may reschedule a lesson without any cancellation fee provided at least 24-hours notice is given.
If a client cancels/reschedules within 24 hours of a scheduled lesson 50% of the lesson will be charged.
No-shows without written notification & response (via Whatsapp, Sms or Email) will be charged in full.
Refunds on packages will be given for tuition hours not redeemed on written request.
For refunds on bulk-package discounts will be lost and hours tutored will be charged at standard rates.
